Shipping Rates

Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday may not be shipped until Monday.

Collect In Store

Should you wish to collect your online purchase from our store at 5 Market Place, Melbourne, please select 'Collect in Store' when checking out. Your purchase will then be available to collect from our store the next working day.

Please refer to the store opening hours on the Contact Us page. Of course, there is no charge for 'Collect in Store'.

Changed your mind? Returning unwanted items

If you wish to return an item purchased online, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Items should be returned unused and in their original condition, with proof of purchase.

Once received, we will offer a refund to your original payment method or an exchange, subject to availability.

For returns outside this period but within 30 days of purchase, we may be able to offer store credit. It will not be possible to return or exchange unwanted items after 30 days unless the item is faulty.

This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.

Something wrong? Returning faulty items

If you notice a fault with your item, please contact us as soon as possible with proof of purchase so we can help.

Your statutory rights apply to faulty items and are not affected by our returns policy.

Please do NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit, exchange or refund will be processed. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

If requesting store credit, this will be automatically applied. Store credit is valid for 365 days from the day of the return.

For online cancellations, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or evidence that they have been returned.

Can I return Sale items?

Sale items purchased in store cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Sale items ordered online have the same cancellation rights as other online purchases. Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 days to send it back. You will be refunded the amount paid.

Purchasing a gift?

Please notify us if you are purchasing an item as a gift. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, store credit will be provided.

Can I return an item purchased with an .87 Gift Card?

Yes, of course. The same consumer rights apply regardless of the payment method. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Can I return a ‘special order’?

Fallen in love with an out-of-stock item? Where possible, we’re happy to process one-off ‘special orders’ for customers in store, although we cannot guarantee this as an option.**

Special orders are subject to the same rights as a standard online sale. Item price and delivery must be pre-paid prior to the order being processed.

**Once out of stock, most items are not eligible for a special order due to the independent nature of our designers and their small seasonal runs. However, we are happy to offer this as a service where manufacturer stock and wholesale policy allows.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us.

If you return part of an order, the original delivery charge is not refunded. If you cancel your full online order within your statutory cancellation period, we will refund the cost of our standard delivery service. Any additional cost paid for an enhanced or express delivery service is non-refundable.

If an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so we can advise you on the return.

We recommend using a tracked service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items that do not reach us.
