Changed your mind? Returning unwanted items
Should you wish to return an item, you can send or bring the unused goods to us with the original order receipt within 14 days and we will offer you a refund, exchange (subject to availability) or credit..*
Items returned within 30 days will not be eligible for a refund, however we can offer store credit. It will not be possible to return or exchange items after 30 days from the date of purchase, unless the item is faulty.
Something wrong? Returning faulty items
In the unlikely event you notice a fault with your item, you must notify us within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for store credit, exchange or refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. We also require proof of purchase and the card you paid with (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded or exchanged. Gift vouchers are also exempt from return.
Please do NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit, exchange or refund will be processed. If requesting store credit, this will be automatically applied. Store credit is valid for 365 days from the day of the return.
Can I return Sale items?
Sale items purchased instore cannot be returned, unless they are faulty. Unused sale items ordered online will be eligible for a refund if sent back in original condition within 14 days, along with the original order receipt. You will be refunded the amount paid.
Purchasing a gift?
Please notify us if you are purchasing an item as a gift. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, store credit will be provided.
Can I return an item purchased with an .87 Gift Card?
Yes, of course. The same consumer rights apply regardless of the payment method. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Can I return a ‘special order’?
Fallen in love with an out of stock item. Where possible, we’re happy to process one-off, ‘special orders’ for customers instore, although we can not guarantee this as an option.** Special orders are subject to the same rights as a standard online sale. Item price and delivery must be pre-paid prior to the order being processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you require us to send an exchanged product via post, delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We’re unable to refund lost items.

** Once out of stock, most items are not eligible for a special order due to the independent nature of our designers and their small seasonal runs. However, we are happy to offer this as a service, where manufacture stock and wholesale policy allows.
