Review Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the 87 annual review prize draw.
1. The promoter
The promoter is Eighty Seven Style Limited, 5 Market Place, Melbourne, Derbyshire, DE73 8DS.
2. Who can enter
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who have shopped with 87 and leave a genuine product or store review during the prize draw period.
Employees of Eighty Seven Style Limited and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. How to enter
To enter, leave an honest review of either:
a product you have purchased from 87; or
your experience shopping with 87.
Reviews can be positive, negative or neutral. The content or star rating of your review will not affect your entry.
Each genuine review submitted during the prize draw period counts as one entry. Duplicate, false or misleading reviews will not be eligible.
4. Prize draw period
The prize draw runs from 1 January to 31 December each year.
Entries received after 11.59pm on 31 December will be included in the following year’s draw.
5. The prize
One winner will receive a £50 87 gift card.
The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued and can be used subject to 87’s standard gift card terms. 87’s existing gift cards are currently valid for one year.
There is no cash alternative.
6. Choosing the winner
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the prize draw period.
The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date.
Prize-draw winners should be selected using a genuinely random process, and the promoter should be able to demonstrate that the prize was awarded fairly.
7. Contacting the winner
The winner will be contacted using the email address connected with their review or customer details.
We will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner. If we do not receive a response within 14 days, we reserve the right to select another winner at random.
The prize will be issued within 30 days of the winner confirming their details.
8. Winner information
We may make available limited information confirming that a valid prize was awarded, normally the winner’s surname and county.
Winners can ask us not to publish this information, or to reduce the amount published. We may still need to provide details to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
9. Reviews
Entering the prize draw does not require you to leave a positive review. We want genuine feedback and all eligible reviews will be treated equally regardless of rating or content.
Reviews entered into this promotion may be identified as incentivised in line with applicable consumer-review rules. Current CMA guidance specifically prohibits concealing the fact that a review has been incentivised.
10. Personal information
Personal information will only be used to administer the prize draw and contact the winner, unless you have separately agreed to receive marketing from 87.

11. General
87 reserves the right to exclude entries that are fraudulent, misleading or do not meet these terms.
We may only amend or cancel the promotion where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
